Top 25 podcast episodes to listen to this month
Do you listen to podcasts?
If not and you want to start, this blog post is a great place to begin!
When I first started listening to podcasts, it took me a while to find the shows I liked and even when I found shows I liked, I didn’t always love every episode. It can be hard to get into podcasts if you’re not sure where to start and it’s hard to keep up with this positive habit if you haven’t found any shows that resonate with you.
I know I always appreciate it when friends send me specific episodes with links. It makes it easy and extra motivating!
That’s why I wanted to create a list of podcast episodes with direct links to help you get in the habit of listening to podcasts regularly! If you’re already an avid podcast listener, I hope I share some new episodes with you and if you have any favourites, please share them in the comments section below.
Listening to podcasts helps expand your consciousness, helps improve your cognitive function and your imagination, plus you learn lots and hear really cool stories! Much like meditation, listening to podcasts is like exercising your mind like a muscle! Listening to podcasts about self-development is great, but that’s not necessarily what we’re getting at here. Just listening and learning from different podcasts in general is a great way to focus on self-development. Everyone likes learning about different things and hearing different stories.
The How I built this podcast is great for anyone who is entrepreneurial or simply likes to listen to cool, interesting and inspiring stories about businesses and how they exploded! Each episode is 30 min to an hour and you’ll feel like you read the CEO’s autobiography!
Girlboss Radio is perfect for those of you who are interested in interviews with boundary pushing women who have made their mark!
Ok, it was tough to only mention and link three episodes from Oprah’s SuperSoul Conversations. Let’s face it, it’s Oprah! She’s incredible all on her own, but she’s also a fantastic and experienced interviewer and she has the opportunity to interview some incredible people. I highly recommend scrolling through her show on iTunes and listening to more episodes than what’s listed below!
The Goal Digger podcast speaks to so many people (in my opinion!) Jenna Kutcher shares lots of great advice when it comes to business, social media and growing a team. If you’re interested in epsiodes like them, scroll through her show on iTunes. The suggestions we list below are more general topics, good interviews and episodes we think everyone will like.
This one is another interview with Amy Purdy
Although the balanced educator is primarily speaking to teachers, during the recommended episode Kailey gets real about talks about a difficult time she was going through. She shares how she was feeling more anxious than ever and some strategies she used to manage her anxiety mindfully.
I love the Sunny Show! That is all. :)
The Skinny Confidential podcast is great if you’re looking more episodes on wellness, beauty and lifestyle tips!
From short and sweet four minute episodes to longer two hour interviews, the Melissa Ambrosini Show has so much to offer! If you’re interested in more holistic health and wellness tips and topics such as self-love, upgrading your beliefs and living your life to the fullest, you’ll love the Melissa Ambrosini Show!
The Highest Self podcast hosted by Sahara Rose is another great health and wellness podcast, she also discusses spirituality. Sahara Rose is all about Ayurvedic practices and has released a couple great cookbooks as well. If you’re interested in Ayurveda and holistic practices, definitely check out her show on iTunes!
If you listen to any of the episodes, please share it on your Instagram story and tag us - @soulsquadcommunity that way we can repost it and encourage others to check out that podcast episode too!
