JUNE’s meditation: Yoga nidra for deep sleep
Don’t be fooled, sleep is just as important as exercising, meditating and eating healthy. The quality and quantity of sleep you get plays a huge role in your overall health and wellbeing. Deep sleep and a sufficient amount allows your body to heal and restore overnight. Not to mention, your brain needs deep sleep to function optimally throughout the day. When you sleep better, you’re more energized, happier and it’s easier to concentrate and focus. One of our favourite books is The Ripple Effect by Dr. Greg Wells solely because the section about sleep was LIFE-CHANGING (for us anyway). We highly recommend you give it a read and put some thought and effort into a “sleep routine” for yourself! This yoga nidra meditation is just a tool in your tool box and we think it will make for a great addition to your sleep routine some nights!
We highly recommend and encourage you to download any meditation audios and save them to your phone somehow (Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.) This step to download and save them to a folder takes less than 2 minutes and then whenever you want to access the meditation on your device it will only take about 30 seconds to find and access it!
DOWNLOAD ALL THE MATERIALS FROM YOUR LAPTOP (not your smart phone) AND THEN DRAG AND DROP THEM FROM YOUR LAPTOP INTO A FOLDER THAT’S ACCESSIBLE TO YOU (ex: Google Drive).
