Monthly content schedule:

January 14

  • Yoga: 20-minute full-body flow

  • Meditation: 11-minute mindfulness meditation to help you relax and improve your focus and concentration

  • Bonus: Goal setting worksheet

  • Extra bonuses because it’s the first month of the Soul Squad subscription: Heart Core yoga video (fun, challenging, fitness-style yoga class that’s honestly more of a workout), 5-minute mini meditation.

February 14

  • Yoga: Heart-opening flow practice with a guided meditation at the end (think 15 minutes movement and a 5 minute meditation at the end!)

  • Meditation: 25-30 minute yoga nidra meditation to help you let go of a limiting belief (we will be writing a blog post soon to explain how deep this practice truly is and how transformational it can be, stay tuned!)
